Fall Into Autumn

As the temperatures continue to drop it is becoming more and more apparent that fall has arrived. Personally, I am looking forward to the environmental changes and the warm colors of the new fall fashions. If you’re a full-time digital diva, you may spend a lot of time indoors and never get the opportunity to take advantage of autumn’s splendor. This season, why not take a break from the norm and try something new? Below are some ideas that you may want to put on your Autumn To Do List.

1. Visit an apple orchard or pumpkin patch and go on a hay ride. That afternoon make a homemade apple cobbler or pumpkin pie with the fruit you just picked.
2. Rent a log cabin for the weekend and spend some quiet time sitting on the porch watching the squirrels scampering around collecting acorns.
3. Completely relax on a Sunday afternoon; order pizza delivery and watch a good football game!
4. Let your hair down and live on the wild side. Have fun in your backyard raking up leaves and jumping in the piles.
5. Walk around in the park and collect colorful leaves and pine cones.
6. Pack away your shorts and halters and unpack your snuggly sweatshirts and jackets.
7. Plan a back to school gathering at your house with your favorite classmates.
8. Gather all of your loose photographs and film. Get everything developed and create a photo album or collage.
9. Call an old friend or relative that you haven’t heard from all summer.
10. Pick any room in your house and completely redecorate it in the newest patterns and hottest fall colors.

These are just a few ideas to get you in the autumn spirit. On the internet the seasons never change, but on the outside Mother Nature is making her transition. Take a break from the digital landscape and fall into autumn. Break out your favorite cashmere sweater, brown suede ankle boots, fur trimmed jacket and stay connected!
